The Signature Appears in a Print font, not in a Cursive font. There is an occasional issue with the e-Signature program which causes the signature to be in a printed font,
rather than the distinctive cursive font.
If this happens, there is a procedure that should be able to correct this issue on a case by case basis. Please email support@formsrus.com, and include the following information:
1. Your Name. 2. Your Login/Screen Name. 3. The Association/Company you are with. 4. The name of the Request (Request Title) with the issue. 5. If there is more than 1 form in the request, the name or names of the forms that are having the issue.
We will correct the issue and reply to your email when it has been corrected.
