What version of the Program do I have?

Go to the Apple menu (OS 9) or the MacFORMation™ menu (OS X) and select "About MacFORMation..." You will see the version number and serial number on the About box.

Click anywhere on the box to close the About box.

What version of the Forms do I have?

The form folder name will be of the format "Assn" Forms as of "MM/YY". The month and year are the version of the forms.
