CAN'T GET TO OUR SITE-page cannot be displayed


REASON:
Their ISP is blocking us for whatever reason.  This is on their side only.

SOLUTION:

1.  Reset the router.

2.  They contact their ISP.

Note:  This typically happens when they are using a wireless router.
