Using the SFAA spread sheets
What to do with the Spread Sheets we receive from SFAA for their access updates.

1. The spread sheets we receive from SFAA for their access list updates have 2 problems:
     a. The ZIP Codes sometimes have the +4 added (11111-1111)
     b. There is no Password column.

2. To remove the +4:
    a. Select a cell in an empty column on the line of the first entry;
    b. Enter the formula =LEFT(ZIP;5) where ZIP is the cell on that line with the ZIP Code;
    c. Select all the cells in the column starting with the first line of the data to the last line of data;
    d. Go to Edit>Fill>Down to fill all the cells with the formula. The program will automatically update the ZIP cell;
    e. Label the column No +4.

3. To add the sfaa:
    a. Select a cell in an empty column on the line of the first entry;
    b. Enter the formula =CONCATENATE(No +4;"sfaa") (the quotes are required).
    c. Select all the cells in the column starting with the first line of the data to the last line of data;
    d. Go to Edit>Fill>Down to fill all the cells with the formula. The program will automatically update the No +4 cell;
    e. Label the column Password.
