When the user clicks on the Save this form button they get a message sayiing "Your request has been processed successfully". They don't get to the Saved forms screen and the form isn't saved.

 They are using FOXIT READER, not Adobe Reader. They have to remove the FOXIT READER and install Adobe Reader.
