Email was never recieved

If your caller complains that an email he just sent was never received:

1. Get them to clean out the temp files and cookies,
make sure the settings are set for every visit to the page, and restart Internet
Explorer.

2. Check the Email address to make sure it is valid.

If this does not solve the problem:

3. Find out if they are using or mailing to a web based emailing system (Hotmail,
Yahoo). If they are using web based emails, the email will take longer to arrive
than it will using Eudora or Outlook because they have more avenues to go
through.

4. Have them email you a form or have them log out and you log in using their
information and verify that the Email function is indeed working.

5. Advise them about the option to email from their own email program.
