Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between the "Single" user version and the "Office" version?
Single User (Individual) version - You may use the program on more than one computer system that is owned by the registered user as long as only one program is being used at one time. In the single user version, the User's name is locked into the program and cannot be edited.

Multiple User (Office) Version - You may use the program on multiple computer systems at one time at one physical location. The Multi user version is sold by the number of users (3, 5, 10, 20, 21+) within a office and can be installed on multiple machines.

**In the "Single" user version the Realtors is name locked and cannot be edited.

In the "Office" version the Office name and address locked and cannot be edited, the Realtor name is selected from the users list!**

Are there any "Annual" fees?
Only in areas where that is the practice, ie: in some States where there State owned forms.

What do we do when our forms change?
For those users on a Annual Renewal System, forms and Software changes are part of the Annual Renewal Fee.

For all other users please call for information on how to obtain update forms!

What is the difference between a "Forms disk" and a "Debit disk"?
The Forms disk only contains a set of forms.

A Debit disk is really a hidden counter on the floppy disk and is used to produce revenue for the Association. We install a hidden counter on a floppy called a debit counter, you sell this counter to the Realtors and when they have used up all the debits, they buy another Debit disk from you. (Typical retail cost is $40-$50).

As an example the counter would have 200 impressions or "rights" to print 200 pages of any of the forms. After the first printing they can print as many extra copies at no extra cost, however if they modify the form by changing a "protected field" such as Clients Name or Property Address, they will be charged again.

Is there any "Tech Support"?
Yes, Monday thru Friday 9-5 pm PST.
